Where and when was Planet incorporated?

We were initially formed under the laws of the state of Delaware in December 2010 under the name Cosmogia Inc. In 2013, we changed our name to Planet Labs Inc. In 2021, we merged with a special purpose acquisition company, dMY Technologies Group, Inc. IV, and subsequently became a public-benefit corporation.
